What we collect
When you fill out the matching form, we collect: your name, mobile number, email, state, zip code, the description of your ticket, and (optionally) your court date. That's it. No tracking pixels follow you off-site. No data broker resale.
What we do with it
Your submission is sent to two places: (1) the network defender for your state, and (2) James Medows, who operates the network. If we don't yet have a vetted defender for your state, we may refer you to a partner we trust — and we'll tell you who that is before the introduction.
What we don't do
- We don't sell leads to general-practice attorneys.
- We don't share your information with insurance companies.
- We don't enroll you in marketing email blasts or CRMs.
- We don't keep your submission longer than necessary for matching and follow-up.

We are not a law firm. The attorneys in the network are each independently licensed in the state where they practice; James does not practice law outside New York.
